Games, art and music. Sounds like a great
combo to me. This event is coming up this month. What is it and who is it for? We continue
to expand it, we’re going out to a larger audience, trying to make it not just for gamers.
It’s for people who enjoy beer, having a good time. We have live music which is a major
upgrade from last year. We’ve been able to step it up and get a couple of live bands
coming in. Expanding, that’s the main thing. Each time we want to expand.
It looks like a really fun place for people watching. The fact that it’s a charity event
is really important to me. The games and art are wonderful and helps build culture in Jacksonville,
which we need. This year the event will pay tribute to the popular role playing video
game Final Fantasy. So what can you expect at an event like this? A lot more people this
year. A lot of people. We got here at five, and oh my god, so many people. A lot are dressed
up. The quality of the costumes have gotten a lot better too. A lot of people embrace
the theme. This year the event is Final Fantasy, and
dressing up is not really my thing. But I do like games…. And I do like music….
And Art. This year’s event will take place on Saturday,
July 12, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at the
